The filling of the acid is executed by vacuum, different acid are in the relevant vessels, the mixing is done by PLC controller. The mixing rate can be controlled in MMI by the operator.

The filling of the beads is executed by blower. Together with the filling of acid, the beads are mixed by a kind of turning mixing shaft. Two parallel shafts runs in operate direction to ensure the mixing effect.
